In-house static facilities and manpower can not catch up to the new technology fast enough and it is too expensive to maintain obsolete forms. Therefore, outsourcing projects becomes the optimal solution.

$a The Project Portal Web Site groups the project providers and the project shoppers into one concentrated community, providing them with real-time brokerage, auction, rental, construction, and escrow services. It combines business rules and project management procedures with rich Web tools for the total solution. This is an open system. Any of the services, rules, and tools can be replaced, adopted, and expanded for future market needs. All operations are performed through the Web. The Project Portal Web Site is a new Web project collaboration and management system for building businesses on the Internet. This system provides the most efficient methodology to guide the disarray of Web project market into an efficient structure, from matching the deal and implementing the project to hosting the business site with quality standards and within a set budget and time-frame.
